Property Management for Real Estate Investors

April 18 @ 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm

Free
Investing Group Property Management

Are you maximizing the ROI on your investment properties?

Do you dream of owning rental property but dread dealing with tenants?

At this month’s main meeting we’ll be discussing property management and how it can help you be a successful landlord.  You will learn when it makes sense to let someone else handle day-to-day details of being a landlord.

Examples of multifamily property in Real Property Management NOW’s portfolio will be used to show exactly how we manage property and maximize returns for owners.

Managing your real estate investment property takes time, effort, organization, and an understanding of leases and evictions.  A professional property management company handles marketing, tenant screening, accounting, property maintenance, and those midnight phone calls from tenants.

We’ll be hearing from Real Property Management NOW on the situations where it makes fiscal sense for you to hire a property management team.  You will have the opportunity to ask questions specific to your situation to determine whether you should manage your own property or retain outside help.

Stay informed and network with like-minded Western Colorado investors – You will have a chance to introduce yourself during the meeting to let everyone know what you’re doing and/or what you may need assistance with. Bring your questions or deals and let’s all brainstorm to help each other!
