Investing in Foreclosures – Networking Lunch
April 10 @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pmFree
Do you want to tap into the profit potential of foreclosure property investments?
Do you have the knowledge and resources to follow pre-foreclosure and foreclosure procedures?
We’ll learn about buying a foreclosure property at the various stages of the process: pre-foreclosure, at auction, and from the lender after the foreclosure sale. Our speaker, Matt Eilers, will point out some risks of buying pre-foreclosure real estate and educate you on how to look for pitfalls.
Foreclosure investing can have huge profits. However, if you don’t know what you are doing, a disastrous foreclosure investment can wipe out your real estate investing capital and enthusiasm. We recommend that you first build experience with properties, laws, ordinances, deeds, and loans. As a member of wCAREi you will be able to network with other experienced investors and find a mentor who can be a resource.
